How many guests does Malibu Manor sleep?
Malibu Manor sleeps up to 16 guests. There are five bedrooms (four with king beds plus a bunk room), a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a game room where we can set up an air mattress on request. The dining table seats all 16 of you together.
Where is Malibu Manor located?
We’re in Boise’s Warm Springs foothills, with city and Table Rock views. You’re within walking distance of the foothill trails and the Boise River Greenbelt, and just minutes from downtown Boise, Boise State University and St. Luke’s. For privacy, the exact address is shared after booking.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM with easy self check-in through a smart lock, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Your door code and arrival instructions are sent before your stay. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible for a fee when the calendar allows; just ask us in advance.
Why is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo?
When you book on malibumanorboise.com you skip the booking-site guest service fees, so the same dates usually cost about 10% less than on Airbnb. You also deal directly with us, the hosts, for anything you need before or during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
Direct bookings get a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in, or within 48 hours of booking as long as check-in is at least 14 days away. Cancellations at least 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in, early departures and no-shows are not refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
How does payment work?
50% of the total is due at booking to secure your dates, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are paid in full at booking. Rates, fees and lodging taxes are all shown at checkout before you confirm.
Is Malibu Manor good for family reunions and large groups?
Yes. It’s built for groups: a gourmet kitchen, a dining table for 16, a fully decked-out game room, and an entertainment deck with a BBQ, fire pit and outdoor lounge for watching the sunset. See our Group Stays page for ideas on reunions, weddings, team trips and more.
Are parties or events allowed?
No parties or events beyond the registered guest count are allowed, and quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. The home is also non-smoking (including vaping), inside and out. The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and stay for the entire reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed unless approved by us in advance, and additional fees apply. Please message us before booking if you’d like to bring a pet.
Do you offer discounts for returning guests or longer stays?
Yes. Past guests can use code RETURN50 for $50 off their next direct stay (minimum $300 in nightly rates). Direct bookings of 7 nights or more also get a weekly discount, and stays of 28 nights or more get a monthly discount, applied automatically at checkout.
