Our accommodation is furnished with all of the comforts of home in a mountainside setting. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plush towels, wifi, smart TV, game room and huge rooftop patio.
Everything is included in our rental rates.

The best thing about booking our entire home is the space and flexibility. Enjoy the either home with family and friends. Wake up for coffee and waffles as you wish, prepare dinner or a rooftop bbq at your leisure.
When it comes down to it, you really cannot beat this location. A safe, secluded neighborhood, that yet is close to everything you’d possibly need, want to do and see while visiting Boise. It doesn’t get better than this!
50% of booking fee is required at time of booking to secure dates. The 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
We allow a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If you booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in will be granted. After that, we honor a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds can be given after that as it becomes too difficult to rebook another guest with such short notice. Please reach out with further questions/concerns regarding our cancelation policy.
We are very straight forward and fair with our House Rules. No smoking, no noise complaints during quiet hours (11pm-7am), no exceeding the listed number of guest on reservations in the home at ALL times unless otherwise okayed through contacting us first. We have a zero tolerance policy for any of these simple rules being broken.
Yes, we welcome all ages of children and have a bunk-bed room and game rooms for older kids, as well as provide a Pack and Play bed for infants/toddlers. We have enjoyed this home with our own children and hope you do the same.
We typically are a pet-free home, but have made special exceptions depending on case by case situations, for additional fees. If you wish to request bringing a pet, please do so by contacting us directly first.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us. Check-in is typically at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. There is sometimes an early check-in or late check-out option available. Please present your request at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate to.
